1.个人概况：
沈国彤，女，荷兰马斯特里赫特大学法学博士，现任广西大学法学院助理教授、边疆社会治理实验室负责人，马斯特里赫特大学全球化与国际监管研究所成员，主要从事经济法学、劳动与社会保障法学及法经济学研究。在《Modern China》《University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review》《China: An International Journal》等国外权威核心期刊发表多篇论文，多次参加国内外高水平学术会议，曾在香港大学黄乾亨中国法研究中心作个人学术报告。积极指导学生参加“大学生创新创业训练计划”项目及杰赛普（Jessup）国际法模拟法庭竞赛等学科活动。
